FAQ ABOUT THE TITANIUM COLLECTION
What material are titanium straps made of?
All titanium straps are between 98.33% and 98.79% pure titanium.
Moving parts such as clasps and pins, as well as connecting pins, are made of other metals such as stainless steel and aluminum.
Installation and size
The band can be adjusted with our included measuring tool and fits wrists up to 9 inches.
Please purchase the size extender kit if your wrist is larger than 9 inches.

Damaged or defective items
Send us a picture or description of the defect and we will send you a new item free of charge.

Order shipping?
- Orders are processed within 1-2 days from the day of your order.
- If it is Sunday or a holiday: the product is shipped between Monday and Thursday
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We deliver anywhere in North America CANADA, MEXICO, USA within 4-12 business days.
For countries in EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, ASIA and LATIN AMERICA: we also deliver within 4-12 business days. Please see the list of countries at the top of the page.
International:
Local express delivery zones in the countries listed at the top of the page.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and your tracking link to follow the status of your package in real time until its final destination.
You can also track your order directly from your customer area or contact us by email or phone.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?
Your items will be delivered to your PO Box.
Otherwise, your package will be left at the nearest post office, where you can pick it up within 15 days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
The tracking number for your order will be sent to you on the day of shipment by email or SMS.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or through Paypal on our site.
We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or cash on delivery payments. (Cash on delivery)
