Change Address: Please note that once the package has generated a tracking number, the delivery address cannot be changed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We deliver anywhere in North America CANADA, MEXICO, USA within 4 to 12 business days.

For countries on the EUROPEAN, MIDDLE EAST, ASIA and LATIN AMERICA continents: we also deliver within 4 to 12 working days. please refer to the country list at the top of the page.

International:

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive an email and an SMS with your tracking number and your tracking link in order to follow the status of your package in real time until its final destination.

You can also track your order directly from your customer area or contact us by email or telephone.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?
Your items will be delivered to your post office box.
Otherwise, your package will be left at your nearest post office where you can collect it within 15 days.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER TRACKING NUMBER?
The tracking number for your order will be sent to you on the day it is shipped by email or SMS.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site.

We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payment upon receipt. (Cash on delivery)

BRAZIL SHIPPING NOTICE

Starting from Jan. 1st 2020, all shipments to Brazil will require a CPF or CNPJ or Passport Number, without such number(s) packages will not be processed through Brazilian customs.

When placing an order, please enter your CPF or CNPJ or Passport Number in the “Add Order Note” field at the bottom, to the left of the Checkout button. Or you may choose to contact us via email with your order number and relevant information. If a CPF or other identification number is not provided, your order may experience delays or even cancellation. From January 1, 2020, for all shipments to Brazil, your CPF, CNPJ or Passport number will be required.

Without this data, the sending of packages will not be processed by the Federal Revenue Service. When placing an order, please include your CPF, CNPJ or Passport number in the "Additional Information" field at the bottom left of the page.

Or you can choose to contact us via email, with your order number and relevant information. If your CPF or other document number is not provided, your order will be subject to delay or even cancellation.


CUSTOMS INFORMATION
RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMS DUTY (IMPORT TO CUSTOMER’S COUNTRY)

It is not included the customs duty in our price.

In some countries such as Brazil, India, Russia, customs clearance procedures are so demanding that you can be needed a personal clearance code.

The customs duty is responsible to customer.
